1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process & Address To start a return, you must contact us first at support@seatcoverspro.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Seat Covers Pro will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Customer Remorse / Ordering the Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size/model or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Clear images of the car seat covers that are not fitting well inside the vehicle. Once our team verifies the issue, we will work with you to provide a free replacement or a return.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
